The JetBlue name change fee depends on the type of name correction and how the ticket was booked. JetBlue allows eligible spelling corrections and legal name updates to match a passenger’s government-issued ID or passport without a fee when the date of birth remains unchanged. Passengers who booked through a third-party agency may need to contact their travel agent or pay a $50 service fee if JetBlue makes the correction. Complete name changes and ticket transfers are subject to separate restrictions. Travelers should contact JetBlue customer service to confirm the applicable rules before requesting a name update.
