Quality control is essential for producing reliable carbon fiber components. Manufacturers may inspect parts for issues such as voids, delamination, incorrect fiber placement, surface imperfections, or dimensional inconsistencies.

For critical applications, additional testing and documentation may be required to verify structural performance and material consistency.
